As with the full Fleur Pretty Baby collection, this lovely Gift Box - and the ones below - was released in 1986. I have called this box Girl because the baby is dressed in pink, but in fact the two babies are the same (not specifically gendered), and each has a mix of pink and blue clothes. This set is for bath fun, and contains a yellow bathtub, bath toys (two plastic keys on a ring, and a yellow bear-shaped rattle), a pacifier and terrycloth towel. The baby is dressed in a pink hoodie with white trim, and a white piece of fabric pretending to be a diaper. There is also an extra outfit of white shirt with puffy sleeves, blue-white gingham shorts with suspenders, and a matching hat. Fun fact: this is exactly the same baby as the baby included with the red=yellow carriage.

The Boy Gift Box is exactly like the Girl box above, and I'm calling it Boy because the baby is dressed in blue. Otherwise, the two sets and babies are exactly the same, only the colours are reversed. The baby boy in the yellow bathtub is wearing the same kind of hoodie as the girl, but in blue, and also a pretend diaper. The gingham outfit is pink. The accessories are also all the same (shoes, rattle, keys, pacifier and towel).

This 1986 Gift Set is the last of the three, and features a new baby - with real rooted hair (the bathtime babies above have painted hair). The boy is dressed in a blue wrap top and underwear, and is all set for travel with a comfy pink carrier, pink blanket, bottle and pacifier. A yellow set of hair brush and comb is also included. As far as I know, there was no girl set like this, but who knows - Fleur is always full of surprises. See this set in action in the cute promo photo below.

The promo photo below comes from the 1986 big Fleur booklet, and it shows off this gift set very nicely. Fleur and her baby seem to have just returned home from playing outside on a bright day.

Here you can see how the Bathtime baby (no hair) and Travel baby (with hair) differ from each other. Their bodies and height are exactly the same, but their heads are different - the head of the Travel baby is more square, the mouth is larger and rounder, and the eyes are more oval in shape. The two babies are made from slightly different vinyl - the Bathtime baby is smoother than the Travel baby.
